L/C at Sight Letter of Credit — payment guaranteed by bank upon presentation of compliant shipping documents.
Escrow Third-party escrow protection — funds held securely until both parties confirm fulfilment of terms.
CAD Cash Against Documents — buyer's bank releases payment only upon receiving original shipping documents. Goods cannot be claimed without them, protecting both parties.

Buyer Registration & Verification

To request a quotation, buyers must register and submit company information. Our team will review and verify the buyer profile before proceeding, to ensure serious and secure transactions.

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

After verification, buyers may add products to the cart and submit an RFQ. The RFQ is automatically delivered to our team for processing.

Confirmation & Final Offer

Our team will confirm all transaction details directly with the buyer via email/WhatsApp, including:

  • Price (FOB / CIF / other Incoterms)
  • Quantity & MOQ
  • Product grade and specifications
  • Production lead time
  • Packaging options
  • Shipping method and estimated delivery time
  • Required export documents
  • Payment terms and quotation validity

Once confirmed, we will issue the final quotation and invoice.

Down Payment & Production Scheduling

To secure the order, buyers are required to pay a 50–60% down payment. After the down payment is received, Exspostar will place the order with the supplier and begin production scheduling and preparation.

Quality Check & Export Preparation

During production and packaging, our team ensures the product meets the agreed specifications. Once completed, the goods are packed, loaded, and delivered to the port of departure.

Final Payment & Shipment

Before shipment, the buyer must complete the remaining payment balance. After full payment is received, Exspostar will proceed with export shipment and provide all necessary shipping documents.

Delivery & Documentation

Buyers will receive the export documentation required for customs clearance and container pickup at the destination port.
